Having been in Atlanta for over 20 years, Ian has spent the majority of his time exploring what this great city has to offer. His love for Georgia continues to grow alongside the vast opportunities and alliances he has made through his professional work.

Ian finished his degree in Information Technology Management from Georgia Tech's Scheller College of Business. The value that Ian provides to his clients is evident through his extensive work ethic, ability to negotiate, and his fundamental understanding of real estate. It is Ian’s goal to streamline every transaction from search to close and maintain a stressless process for his clients. Whether advising a first-time homebuyer, seller, or investor, Ian has the expertise to accomplish all real-estate-related goals with incomparable experience.

Ian is currently employed by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Midtown and is one of two founders of the Babusak Realty Group, a team of 13 Real Estate Advisors.
